The club’s members brought 36 cars in 5 deg weather to the display in front of Levens Hall. We thank the owners Mr and Mrs Hal Bagot for allowing our club to once again visit this wonderful Hall. Winner of the annual award plaque was Mr Ian Gorton who won with his 1935 Morris 8 Tourer. Arriving earlier than usual allowed me to visit the interior of the hall for the first time although I have enjoyed the gardens, when in previous years the weather has been a little warmer. I was seriously impressed with this wonderful house and the views of the famous topiary gardens. Members saved over £10.50 by attending this event with their cars and we thank the Bagot’s for their support of our club. -Paul Senior-
